| All taxes are included in rates, prices in Canadian Dollars. Rates are based on double occupancy. $25per night for each additional guest. Maximum 6 guests. A five night minimum stay applies during high season, and two night minimum during low season. (Exceptions may be made for shorter stays if availability permits) One week bookings are preferred in July and August. |

Our Booking Policy
We do our best to accommodate your needs so that you can relax and enjoy our beautiful Salt Spring Island throughout the year.
- Check in is at 3:00 pm
- Check out time is 11:00 am with some flexibility
- Cancellation and date changes are permitted up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- A $50 cancellation fee applies if booking is canceled occurs within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before check in on date of arrival are subject to full charges.
Pet Policy
We accept pets upon approval. A $28 cleaning fee applies.
Payment
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, VISA, and Mastercard. Taxes are included in rates. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. By booking the cottage by credit card you agree that you are purchasing your accomodations in advance.
